Rooming With xxxZoophileHater666xxx At A Furry Convention

I got to go to a furry convention last week! It pushes all of my brain's happy buttons to walk around a convention center and constantly be going by animal-themed people, whether they're in full suit with a sign that says "FREE HUGS" and I give them a hug, or whether they have a tail on and maybe a shirt that has furry stuff on it. And it's also cool to see such an incredible density of gender-spice, like, SO much gay pride visibility, SO many people who look AMAB and are in skirts and stuff, I LOVE IT. I also came with stickers this year and got lots of stickers as presents from other zoos who were at the furry convention, so stickers were a huge part of my convention experience. My name is Dogteeth I'm a zoophile I like dogs and I'm trans and therian and a furry and I think stickers are cool, and this last week at a furry convention I got to be my best self.
When I was planning for this trip, I already had my plane tickets that I got from Santa again (this year he booked me through American Airlines on the USA-side flights and then Aer Lingus for the Europe-side flights), so travel was covered. But I wasn't sure who I was going to be rooming with? I mean I could get a hotel room by myself, it's not like that isn't allowed, and maybe it would be nice to have personal quiet space to unwind after the fun days out at the con. But, personally, the whole reason I wanted to go to the con in the first place is to meet people and hang out! So having a roommate who I can yap with at the end of the day is way more ideal than going it solo, at least as far as my preferences go.
I put off actually finding a roommate for longer than I'd like to admit, but, about a week before the con, I was surfing the world wide web, and I saw a post from someone called xxxZoophileHater666xxx that said:
"I will be looking for ZOOPHILES at Eurofurence this year..."
And also he said more stuff about how good he is at finding zoos or something, and I was like, "omg great! He's looking for zoophiles, I'M a zoophile, I should see if he wants to room together!" So I shot him a DM saying I would be looking for zoosexuals too and asking if he wanted to share a hotel room, and he agreed, and so I booked us a room that was pretty close to the convention center, like, it wasn't right next door or anything, but hey getting to walk a block or three in Hamburg is honestly just a nice treat, plus I can put zoo stickers on stuff on the way.
I think I already mentioned, but I came LOADED with stickers this year. I had at least a hundred stickers with this cool art drawn by DemonDog of me:

Plus the first day I was in Hamburg, out in the sunlight, breathing the fresh air outside the convention center before >6000 stinky furries stinked up the place, I got to swap stickers with some other zoos I had been chatting with online, and so I got some other zooey stickers to be able to put up too.

So I was super excited for the convention by now.
Oh yeah so I got to Germany, got lost on the train for 17 hours, and then when I accidentally arrived at the station next to the convention center, I "Offsteeg Linx"ed myself out of the cabin (that's "Exited Left" for all you English readers out there) and went to the courtyard outside of the convention space. Basically you can't go inside the building itself until you have a badge, or maybe you can a little bit, but anyways I wasn't going to be able to get my badge for full access until the next day, so I was just hanging out outside on the public plaza there. I hugged 3 furries who were also there early and gave some people some of my stickers and then I saw xxxZoophileHater666xxx was also there taking lots of pictures, which is so cool! It's good to have vacation photos to show to others, to be honest I was having so much fun partying this year that I accidentally kinda hardly took any pics at all, like, I would barely be able to prove I was even at a furry con, it's embarrassing yall, but I admittedly just live for the moment so often that I don't always think to take pictures of stuff.
Anyways I introduced myself to xxxZoophileHater666xxx, and he told me about how zoophile activity was already starting, and I was like hell yeah babyyyyy and I gave him some of my stickers, and he took pictures of them and then put them in his pocket to put up later.
I should mention that "zoophilia" or "zoosexuality" is a sexual and/or romantic attraction towards nonhuman animals. I have had dog partners and loved them very very very much, it was really cherished times in my life that I am super thankful for. I like-like kissing dogs and petting dogs. Other animals are cool too and some zoophiles are more into horses or otters or other different species, but personally I am a huge dog lover.
Anyways me and xxxZoophileHater666xxx went to our hotel room and checked in, he said some stuff to the receptionist about concealing his real name because he was on an important mission, and I was like "go off queen opsec is so important you're so real for this" and then I gave the receptionist my driver's license and credit card and they gave them back to me and then we went up the elevator to our room.
At this point I shaved my face and changed from pants to my skirt (I had been normalmaxxing for traveling through the airports but now that I was at the furry convention I was ready to tf out of boymode and into my highest most evolved state of being) and xxxZoophileHater666xxx took a bunch of pictures out of the window, he was always on his phone doing that stuff he is a real photobug I bet his insta is fire.
I invited xxxZoophileHater666xxx to come get dinner with a bunch of the zoosexuals I had been chatting with online leading up to the con, but he said something about not leaving the convention center unguarded and I didn't really know what that meant but I guess he didn't want to come get zoo dinner so I went by myself and ate dinner with Shiv and zipwok who are really awesome zoo musicians it was really cool to see them again this year! I had a veggie burger, a really spicy one it was SO good spicy is my favorite flavor and this one hit the spicy JUST RIGHT, it was big spicy but also not overwhelmingly spicy to the point you weren't able to taste tastes anymore, so it was perfect. At this time I did not realize yet that veggie burgers were about to be 97% of my diet in the upcoming days. Other people also got veggie burgers or some other stuff, this was a vegan restaurant and so all of the stuff people ate there was meat-free, which is so cool to have as an option among zoos where veg preference is so high! I mean I think it was possible to specifically order meat stuff there in case someone's dietary needs required that, but as far as I noticed nobody happened to do that while we were there, some people also got desserts but I did not personally get one because I was full from the veg already.
I gave people there some of my stickers and then went back to the hotel room I was sharing with xxxZoophileHater666xxx and he was on his bed on his phone, and I said, "zoo gang I gotta turn in for the night fr I am cooked" and he said he was making a lot of progress on his mission and I was like "slay" and made gang signs at him and then curled up on my bed and went to sleep, the next day I went to a corner store and bought jag and redbull and stimmaxxed myself for day one of the con, I also remembered to take my estrogen and antiandrogen and PrEP at different times than I usually would, basically in America I take all of my meds in the morning with a second pill of estradiol at night, but while in Germany with the different time zone, I swapped that all around so that I would keep the timing consistent during my trip, so I ended up always taking most of the medications at night and the second estradiol pill in the morning, and so anyways I took 1 estrogen pill and then went out for the day with my pockets full of zoo stickers and went and got my badge for the convention so that I could go inside of the furry convention building from then on.

Once inside of the convention center I went to the gender neutral bathrooms to go pee, and on the way to the bathrooms there were some tables where people had left flyers and also some people had left stickers out on the tables for others to take if they wanted, so I took some of those stickers for sure and left some of my stickers there too in case anyone wanted them and then I went to the bathroom and then I went up to the second floor where the sticker board was. The sticker board is basically a huge canvas, like 8ft tall and 20 ft across (estimating lol) where all of the furries who have brought stickers of their characters can put the stickers to show that they were here this year. I put one of my stickers on the board and made happy zoo noises and the sticker stayed up there for the entire rest of the convention for everyone to see.

While I was on my way back down to the first floor to go get brekky with a bunch of zoosexuals, I ran into xxxZoophileHater666xxx who said that he was going to spend the entire rest of the con watching the sticker board for zoophile stickers. I was like "WOAH that's probably not necessary like you could just check the board once a day if you really wanna see them I think," but he said it was his mission and I was like "slay" and made gang signs at him and then I went and got breakfast with some people including Fawnly and Velo who are awesome zoops I've chatted with online before but never met face to face and I gave some of the people there some of my stickers as we looked over the menu for veggie options at this place.
Hamburg is SO good for vegetarian options, like seriously. I'm personally not full vegan so I can't say whether it was perfect for that, but as someone who will never buy food with meat on it (but am okay with like cheese and eggs) I never had any issues getting stuff that suited my diet during the entire trip. Genuinely it felt like veg was a more normal option than meat the entire time, and I loved that for real. We even ate at a lot of places that specifically were veg restaurants, and everyone seemed to be able to find stuff that worked for them there. Contrast this with America where like, sometimes you can find one item on the menu that doesn't have meat on it. So yeah Hamburg was great for a plant eater such as myself and many of the other zoops I was rolling around with.
After brekky I walked 6 miles to where some other zoops were having lunch and I got a veggie burger and a glass of wine and yapped with them for a while, and then I went back to the con space and saw that xxxZoophileHater666xxx was still standing near the sticker board. I asked how he was enjoying the con so far and he said there was no zoophile activity on the board thus far and I was like lmao I mean it's a SFW sticker board I don't know what kinda zoo action you were hoping for there exactly like at best it's gonna be one saying "zoos are cool" not like anything dirty yknow, but he said he was going to be vigilant and keep looking and I was like "slay" and made gang signs at him and then I walked through the park that's next to the con for a while. The park is so cool! It's freaking beautiful, I love it, seriously if you attend EF, you gotta just take a stroll or a wheel through there, it's RIGHT next to the con space and it's like specifically entirely designed to just be this serene, pleasing area.
At some point I went back into the convention center to pop into a few different meet-n-greets and I chatted with some people in there for a little bit and then I went back to my hotel room and took my trans meds and then went to sleep.
Basically the next several days were so amazing. I met so many zoosexuals and hugged lots and lots of people and gave stickers to lots of people and also people gave me German beers with names that I don't know how to repeat but they were very good and I bought 4 t-shirts with foxes on them.
I meant to make it to fur-e-oke at some point so that I could sing Ocean Man to everyone because that song is amazing and I'm pretty good at it, but I actually was too busy hanging out with zoosexuals every night and never wound up having the time to queue up to sing some SpongeBob bops.
I think that xxxZoophileHater666xxx didn't enjoy the con as much as I did, and that's too bad. I hope he fills out the survey saying why, so that next year his experience can be better if he wants to come again. But like most nights I would be coming back to the room like "aaaaa I hung out with so many amazing furries, tonight ruled" and he would be like "nothing to report yet but operations are in progress" and he sounded increasingly sad about it as the weekend went on, or maybe he just sounded the same but I felt sadder for him, but anyways I guess sometimes you shoot your shot and hit and sometimes you shoot your shot and miss, like I said I hope next year is better for him.
Eventually the time came for me to return home, so I left 8 stickers on a bench nearby the convention and then got on a train and 7 days later I was back in the USA.
I had a really amazing time this year and thank you so much to everyone else who made this furry convention a blast!
